Hi there,

since april 2nd I have had about 10-20% of my matches not being registered. The rounds that don't show up are the same ones that hold the mech you piloted locked and take up to 5 minutes to get resolved after being regularly ended.

Since I payed for some premium time, I demand compensation for the service I payed for is in 10-20% of the cases non-existent. Aside from the wasted time and the de facto unpilotable mechs that get stuck I find it unbearable to not have any info on this, as many other pilots I met in game have experienced the same.

This is posted in forum as an incentive to express your own experiences.

You might get more attention if you sent this directly to support.

You payed for premium, you did get the full time?

If the answer to that is "Yes", you can't demand compensation for anything. Just let the devs sort out these issues (which they will) and you can go back to playing the game. In the meantime, i suggest taking a break.

Problem is, premium time means you earn more xp and more c-bills - i earn zilch. The premium time is no meta-existant phrase that means anything, but earning more, so that is what i pay for - even if it is only 1 cent it is about a basic principle and I am sick of suffering from lack of Q&A especially if my wallet gets hit by it.

Just one little thing: he's not demanding anything. All though I agree with OP. He paid to have increased earnings and got no earnings. Kind of defeats the point of premium time if you ask me.

On topic, I have noticed the same. When the mechs are marked as red after a fight, I don't get the earnings for that fight added to my wallet, nor do I get any xp. Kind of annoying, but no biggie atm. I have more CB than I need atm, and I'm not spending a dime on this game for the time being, so no premium time for me.

Now, this sort of thing just gives me yet another reason to not spend any money on this game. The very least they should do is compensate affected players.

Thank you Barghest,

it simply leaves the feeling of ordering ten plates and on one or two are no french fries... but the cook can't be bothered.

Just wanted to add:

- Having a crash to desktop every other 10-15 rounds really really doesn't help either... thought that was solved.
