I've never even heard of another forum that locks / deletes threads like PGI does.

So not only are they having issues answering questions & putting out fires (due to lack of communication) but then if you say something they don't like they delete the post or lock the thread.

PGI makes it very difficult to like and support them...

To be fair Pgi isn't locking them
The MODS are and the mods are ineffable
though you might be able to eff them if you read the rules about posting
used the search function, didn't duplicate threads,
were less whiny, posted constructively to topic,
and sometimes if we are good they get sent to K-town.

I dunno it does seem a total mystery to everyone.
