That's too bad. It seems advantageous to have a little horizontal arm movement if you're trying to shield your gun arm. I wonder why they decided to mix implementations.

Variant specific aside, I would have loved a 3rd reticule.

It would have allowed PGI to make the left and right arm reticules have a max distance pointing the other way. Right now I can make a right arm weapons shoot through the body of a mech (especially mechs like the hunchie) when in reality only the left arm weapons should be able to go past about 3/4 of the way across your HUD.


It would have confused the hell out of nubs though.

yeah u can do that thing u used to be able to do in other MW games. walk straight. while shooting behind you with 1 arm.

seems like they went with giving the arm with no actuator a 10% lateral movement.
doesn't make too much sense. and throws out the rules on critical slots.


resources are better put into bug zapping right now, but i hope they do decide to make a 3 reticle system at some point.
