Hi everyone, just letting you guys know there is two days till team tournament time on Saturday night. There are several units who have expressed interest and it should be a great time for all. Some have asked about the tourney and what to do perhaps if they don't have a full team together just yet.

The registration process was designed to be as low pressure as possible so players wouldn't have a commitment looming if they couldn't make it and conversely wouldn't be waiting on another team to show. You are welcome to create a team on Saturday if there are players available on the Kurita TS. You can mix/match units and even house affiliations. There are no real restrictions on how your team can be composed so you can theoretically grab free players from the Kurita TS, Comstar TS, forums, friends, players you know from other factions and units, etc.

Here is the Kurita TS information for those who don't have it. I believe there is room creation enabled on the server so that a dedicated room can be formed for it. If not, I should be on sometime around 8pm Eastern and visible in TS. Registration begins at 8:15pm Eastern, with the first drop scheduled for 9pm. Drop times may migrate from the strict 15 minute constraints per the main tournament thread.

So far I am personally not part of a team in the interest of impartiality but will join one if a team is stuck at 7 and needs one more in order to participate. Preference given to my own unit first of course.

Technically we've always had teams. CW may make custom player competitions impossible to implement until they integrate private matches into the game, so the time to make a player tournament is now.
