How many topics am I blocked from replying to? And is this censorship from MWO?

if you are in the middle of a reply and the topic is then locked or deleted, then you obviously lose permission to reply.
The mods here are pretty strict, they frequently block 'multiples' of topics (if you bring up an ECM topic you will probably be locked and directed towards the primary official ecm topic, for example) and they definitely block every topic discussing moderator actions (complaining a topic was locked, for example)

Even if it were censorship, this is a private forum and they can do that.
