Whether it will be lifted or changed is not known.

Then you'll have to wait. The Founders' Pack is something like a Kickstarter: You pay money to get the Project going and the higher you pay the more free stuff you get. As is normal with a Kickstarter, there is not much information of what will come of the Project. (Although there is much more for MWO than normal Kickstarters).

Since that is an NDA breach, you should delete that.
Also, your question would be much more useful and appreciated in the Beta forums. This is where people could help you, I guess. (And PGI is probably interested in problems like that, too)

ok so i have to ask this queastion,if your account is pending does that mean its cause you havent bought anything off the founders pack,so if i did buy one of the three choices i would have no more pending and immadiate access once game comes out for beta.

Yes, you would gain immediate access to the closed beta. As of now, there seems to be no more invites for Non-Founders.

When the Open Beta starts is unknown, but personally I'd guess Mid September earliest.

Got an error here.. it reads ( Unable to read data from the transport connection. An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host)
I can play around with mechlab..etc but I can not launch into a battle ( because it says its patching)

From what I've read Harathan it can take a little while, I also just bought founders and am waiting on confirmation email and upgrade status.

They will be added on the 7th August.
