Hmm looks like jumpets would make a huge difference in mobility on this map, maybe even more than Tourmaline.

Looks good. Has there been any statement on when we can expect this map?

Wow, beautiful! If they implement speed penalties for water and inclines this could be a very interesting map. Even without them, all the elevation changes will be good for snipers and brawlers alike. Flanking, flanking everywhere!

Is it bad when I can already see where the mexican standoff on the map will be? (Foreground mesa slight left vs. background mesa on far left)

Cool map though. Variety is the nice. Reminder: gotta practice tart-jumping.

That's got the making of a classic MW map right there. Mechs enjoy climbing mesas, as we all know.

Looks good. Like Alpine but with actual cover. Wonder if it's big enough that that structure in background on the left is in it or if it's just eye candy.

looks like one of the maps from NetMech, the peaks and valleys one (can't remember the name of it) but it was a long rangers dream map.

Fun fact: some of those mesas in MW2 were hollow inside ;) I forget what planet that was, but low gravity + fun stuff to jump on was an awesome combination.

Thanks for posting that, looks really good!

The maps are getting better and I applaud PGI for that. But remember, with CW on the horizon, we are going to need loads. Fight for the galaxy on half a dozen landscapes? No we need loads.

Whenever I think about 'Mechs battling, it always seems to be in a place like this.
Can't wait to drop on this one!

Actually, now that you mention it, it reminds me of the old hexmap I had as a kid. Yeah, it is very BT/MW ;)
