I don't know how many people are familiar with TF2, but having items in your backpack is part of the game. Similarly, many want to see what OTHERS have in their backpacks, and this was implemented with a website that draws data from your steam ID showing IN-GAME items on a simple website: http://www.tf2items.com/

You can plug anyone's name or steam ID or community profile name, etc. and it will give you their backpack.

I think something similar needs to be done for mechs. It will help clans with recruiting to see your mechs, and help newbies look at experienced mech loadouts of good players. This seems like it'd be an easy addition to the current 'stats' page. But make it it's own dedicated web URL so it draws more traffic and encourages people to look at items, and will help traffic and sales as people will see certain items that they don't have and encourage them to play/invest more in the game.

Yes, optional, configurable by user. Not all people will want to share (all of) their loadouts.
