How Long Is The Ppc Supposed To Scramble Ecm For?

I was piloting my CPLT-C1 and managed to hit a 3L with my ER PPC a few times. Each time his ECM came back before I was even able to lock on with my streaks. Is that normal?

It's not much of a counter to ECM, using ECM yourself is still the real counter to ECM (or staying close to a friend with ECM).

They should just move jamming streak lockons to the PPC hit effect.

Maybe if you had the Raven under your sights, and had BAP for faster lock-on, you MIGHT be able to get one shot of streaks off at it in 4 seconds. But don't count on it.
