Failed To Initialize The Gamestartup Interface

hello, iam a new player, create account, download and installed the patch. and now the headermessage comes after clicking on the play-button. i restartet the laptop. its a core7 notebook with an ati graficprocessor. does anyone known about this error and knows help?

Hi there!
Having the same Prob, have an ATI Radeon Graphic card and get "failed to initialize GameStartUp Interface"...
Think ATI Graphic cards are not supported... hell knows why...
