Have the slots of the premade set by class. Basically a 4 man/ A Lance would consist of 1 assault, 1 heavy, 1 medium, and 1 light. If you're doing an 8 man then it would act like two 4 man or 2 lances of premades. If you have a 12 man then it would be like having three 4 man or 3 lances set up just like the single 4 man. Each person would be responsible for filling a slot with an appropriate mech. Also a limitation on ECM would be with any premade.
4 Man: 2 ECM units allowed

8 Man: 3 ECM units allowed
A) Any Assault
