You know the bugs are bad when in a "you know the bugs are bad thread", you can relate to almost every reply. Because it happened.

You know the bugs are bad when:
You 're wondering if they are really bugs or PGI is collecting data on how long before players leave a game.

You might think that if you are willing to build crap.
I have built all of my own PCs. While anyone can throw together a CPU/Mobo combo and add some RAM, to build a decent rig you need to look further.
Mobo must have good OC capabilities. Good, FAST RAM, best bang for the Buck video card you can afford at the time.
POWER SUPPLY!!! This is the second biggest mistake people make when trying to save money on their own build. The first is the motherboard. Both of which you get screwed on if you buy a PC in a box.
If you do not have a very good Motherboard and a very good power supply you might as well just go buy an E-Machine.
This is absolutely true.

But, it doesn't mean you need to spend a lot. You research midrange parts that will over clock well on air, water cooling etc adds so much cost it's not worthwhile unless you're making a benchmark machine.

The desktop I mentioned above was an Asus m4a89gtd pro/usb3 motherboard (one of the first with usb3 - looking forward there) with a phenom 2 965BE. It was $79, 3.4ghz stock but would hit (and does) 4ghz easily. Gtx460 1gb,which handled a 30% over clock with msi afterburner. $190(the most expensive component.)

Power supply? Your right, there. Research, research. You don't need an expensive one, and you should get one rated for your needs (more wattage!=better) but it's essential to get a quality one. But again, you can get good ones cheap. I can't remember the make/model of mine now, but it like the rest was researched carefully, and has served for many years of constant use flawlessly.

Much the same with ram. Doesn't have to be expensive, just good. Aim for quality midrange parts.

The fact is performance per dollar (after overclocking) is FAR better in midrange parts, and resultant performance is excellent.

I'm not sure its bugs any more I ran 30 games. It might be defragmented data corruption that's getting worse as the game cycles the amount of bugs that keep popping up in game, and the fact that their getting worse make me feel this is a bigger issue. The servers hard drive might be experiencing fragmentation due to magnet or hard jolt due to a move. With all the graphic break up and bugs it seems like micro bad sectors may have formed causing noticeable issues.

The best one I ever saw was where a team mate had a black screen, but could still move around. When a different team mate died he coached the black screened fellow, and they even got a kill.

You know the bugs are bad when a match starts, you check for the HUD and Map bugs and you're surprised when you can't find any

You know the bugs are bad when you find yourself in a forum thread laughing at how bad the bugs are. ^_^

I am not up on my Asian languages, but looks like North Korean propaganda, implying a joke about North Korean Cyber warfare.
