By the classic rules I think (please correct me if I'm wrong) that there are 4 variants possible. FLE-4, FLE-14 and FLE-15 are all classic mechs from before the Clan invasion. The FLE-17 should just make it too, being introduced in 3049.
All of these mechs possess attributes that make conversion to MWO rules less then clear. The FLE-14 is supposed to be a stripped down 15 ton version, so while it could be converted the stock 'trial' version would be 5 tons underweight. The other 3 all possess several rear firing weapons which also don't work in MWO.

MASC
We could ignore the rear firing weapons which gives us some distinctive hardpoint layouts: The FLE-4 gets 3 energy hardpoints in the arms (this could be updated to 4, 2 in each). The FLE-15 gets 1 energy and 1 ballistic hardpoint in each arm and a center torso energy hardpoint. The FLE-17 has the same energy hardpoints as the -15, but trades the ballistic hardpoints for the ability to mount a MASC system. The MASC system doesn't exist in MWO yet, so that might pose a problem.
The 15 ton FLE-14 is an empty canvas since it only has one hard point. It has jump jets so I'd probably limit it to one additional hardpoint somewhere else. There is also the fact that the cannon FLE-14 mounts a larger engine, a 135 instead of the 120. By the convention that MWO has used that means the FLE-14 would have a higher maximum engine then the other Flea variants. For reference here is what the FLE-14 is supposed to look like with the single energy hardpoint and the jump jets mounted (picture is from the cannon reference for the FLE-14, the Succession War Experimental Readouts book).
