Does anybody know if the pictures in the media section of the Atlas/jenner/hunchback are actual game screenshots? Or are they just an artists rendition? Like a courtroom sketch artist.
The video from 2 years ago was much different and realistic.

Looks like artist concept drawings.

They are the artwork of Flyingdebris. As to what we saw in 2009 it was just a cg video, and yes it was awesome.

Worth noting that the video from 2009 has a disclaimer that it is "In Game Footage" in the lower right hand corner. I would assume at least the assets for the game were probably used, and the graphics sorta looked like the Unreal engine.

Oh ok thanks I was starting to get disapointed. I watched the video yesterday and did see the actual in game footage notation and was blown away. then I came here and I see the pictures and some references to redoing the artwork on the mechs? Made me wonder.
PS. nice to meet all of you. I have been playing battletech since the mid 80's tabletop.and after playing world of tanks I and eve online I can see how that could be adapted to the Battletech universe unfortunately not being rich I couldn't buy the IP rights and hire a developer to do it
