Firstly, if there is anything I hate, it's duplicating existing posts, though I've not seen anything quite like this, so apologies if it is a repost.
So since the 30/50 sale was announced I was pretty locked on getting some of the premium time while on sale. One of the question is doing so is, just how much is the sale price worth, particularly as relates to factors like MC per dollar and premium time per MC. Someone else has probably done this anyway, but for your review if not:

...In case this isn't self explanatory, the first set of figures is the various premium activation time bundles available MC per hour of premium time. This is then graphed. As you can see, the current one month sale on premium time is far more value for money (For a 30 day period) than 180 or 360 days or premium.
The next bunch of figures is MC per dollar.
And the last bunch of figures is Premium time per MC per dollar. No surprise that the high value of money to MC and MC to premium time is at the higher end of the scales. What probably makes it hardest to calculate the value of premium time (Should you choose to activate it) is relative to how much you play. If you play once a month, it's obviously not going to be worth activating a month or more at a time. I haven't tried graphing the cost/benefit analysis on where playing for X time makes Y premium bundle worth it.
So my plan was, buy a month of premium and a Heavy Metal. But now that I see the value of the premium time under the sale, I'm tempted to throw most of my MC at that and buy as many 30 day premium bundles as I can. Still not decided*.
* One factor in my decision is hearing, though having yet to cite, is an apparent/recent command chair post where it has been said:
"[...Look. 3PV is coming. Deal with it...]"
PPPS - Think the figures/graphs/labels are all sorted now
PPPPS - Excel keeps changing the colours of the lines on graph #2, and I can't figure out or be bothered to figure out how to stop it from doing that. I'm sure you'll get the gist. Just means the light blue and dark blue are backwards.
