This is because we all experience reality different, as individuals, and our only tool to grasp this seemingly intangible reality, is our sensory receptors (audio ears, visual eyes, skin feeling etc...).
By default, our receptors are also completely limited in the ranges that they operate, thus we experience such an infinitesmall "arena" or "zone" of this so called "reality".
Therefore, there is no perfect screenshot or perfect anything I argue. The concept is illusory.
plot twist, its the thread itself thats perfect for screenshots *duh duh duhhhhh*

We did actually get Russ' attention for a moment, so if there's anything you want to add, it might be a good time to head on over, maybe see if you can bring the temporal AA bug to his attention or something.

No problemo
I was expecting a new update from you, and apparently I was correct in thinking the AA bug is keeping you at bay.

I've seen Kon in lots of matches.
I know there are at least a couple. I don't know which ones though.

If he's playing solo he isn't likely recording the match. Pictures might happen but I don't think he'd be doing video.

I felt like I was on the field with Victor Davion in that match, seeing him on there improved my morale so much, I wanted to kill every enemy on the field and I felt like I could. Haha. Anyways, always good to see the unoffical MWO celebrities in game.

Right shift + F11.
Same keys to turn it back on.
For a fun effect. Power off. Disable the HUD. Power on.
Now when you turn on the hud, you'll see the "start-up" hud animation.
Seen and demonstrated here at the beginning here.

I like to sharpen the images a tiny bit in GIMP. Just a little touch to make it slightly higher quality.
Also, under the little "Colors" tab there is a "Curves" editor. You can really make the images look amazing with it (enhancing the lasers is one example). I know you don't do too much post-capture editing, but minor application of those two tools makes the image far more appealing.
Also, has anyone tried to do a tuxedo paint job on an Atlas or Victor? If so, please tell me the colors so I can run the Mech while playing Sharp Dressed Man in the background.

Side note: Lordred de-green that map; the green is horrifically reminiscent of Caustic. Maybe we can show PGI how to use colors without getting stupidly one-dimensional with color schemes.

I went from this:
To this:
Not too much of a difference, but note how some of the colors are more pronounced and the image has a bit of 'grit' and/or 'glare' to it. There are tons of things to do in GIMP.
