Idk, but I dont think so. Its not a simple filter...its post processed by me in photoshop.
Adding [color=#666666]clarity, flares, dodge&burn, fog, desaturation...etc pp. Maybe you can tweak sweetfx like that[/color]

Totally. See reshade.Me - it can do magic.
You can make MWO look *really* awesome. Takes some time to learn though, as while the program itself is pretty simple there's a LOT of options for what you can do and how things interact.

No, I meant when mechs had damage textures like the damaged pillar there, so you could see exposed internals.
