Some images from lastnight, mostly un-eventfull, driving things bigger then the 'Cam'ando result in more fighting on my end.


(From here on till DX11 implimentation, all batches will be un-edited, only driver level tweeks)

is that the beginning of the ppc? i thought it starts with a ball of particles :/
do u have any more pictures showing the tip of a ppc shoot?
im painting my bike and i love to have some pp flying across on it i just dont know how the tip of it is looks like

Hey Lorderd, those are no longer the same image.

But these two images by Lordred:
PPC after leaving barrel.

Both of these were me in the PB.

Also -- PPCs used to start as a ball of energy, back when PPCs used to accelerate from 0 to 1200m/s from the barrel. The visual effect was pretty cool. But people complained about it and not being able to hit things with it. So the effect got removed.

Right Shift + F11. (I made that same wrong statement yesterday to someone, lol. CTRL + F11 doesn't do anything).

thank you for the replies that ball is the thing what i was expecting to see but well it got removed probably i just have to create my own then or ask the devs they may can send it to me still thanks for the pictures i can make a nice Particle Projection from these pictures
its actually shocking that i didn't notice it much i thogth i don't see the ball because its a lot faster now. well i was mistaken

If we can get shots caught much sooner, there is still an effect like that, but it's almost impossible to catch as it doesn't last 0.5 seconds like it used to. We'll have to stage it. It's more of a comet than a ball, but that disappears in less than 0.2 seconds. Give us time.

Btw, do you mind if I ask you what did you tweak in your nvidia / game setting? I tried capturing screenshots but so far I've been getting "ghosting" around the mechs. I tried turning off post processing & motion blur from the in-game setting but that didn't do the trick.

I took pictures of Lordred with normal graphics, but we can try to make that happen.

First page has those tweaks, it's one of the only posts with pictures of Windows 7.

Well for context I asked him who puked on his mech. I'm betting it doesn't look so much pukey as it does flipping amazing when put under his graphics env.
