my Timberpult-D was born before the cataphracts. absolutely my favorite CPLT, and always a solid proformer, the C1 is lucky, it can jumpsnipe two ppc's with 22DHS, though these days they are way to limited to just take two, so i use something quite more flexible.

Makes it more consistent with the other models. Want to see narrow PPCs, look at the one on the Shadowhawk. Thinner than an AC/2 barrel.

I wasn't happy but honestly it's consistent with many others. The alternative is to make them huge on other mechs. Blackjack's still too small with them.

Like in MW4M you good be a spectator flying thing. I think that you should be allowed to have 4 spectators per match (they don't take up player slots and get no rewards).

It isn't. Ferro is more points for the same weight. (It says 12% more points per ton. I count 10 points of armor in a ton for standard armor). But since your maximum cannot change, it isn't actually better. Lore considers ferro to be a lower-level of armor due to its space-consuming nature. (It's also read to resist lasers more but MWO doesn't apply that).

Side note: Short range or not, those small pulse lasers will out perform medium lasers, here's why I use them comparing my weapons to yours.

I can fire once every 2.75 seconds (includes full beam time)
You can fire once every 4 seconds (includes full beam time)
I shoot faster.

I have to hold my target for 1/2 a second to do full damage.
You have to hold it for a full second to do full damage.
We're both effective against slow targets but I'm more effective against fast ones too.

I deal 3.40*8 = 27.2 damage every 2.75 seconds. In 9 seconds I've done 108.8 damage and generated 57.6 heat having fired 4 times (0, 2.75, 5.5, 8.25 = shot 4 times).
You deal 5*6 = 30 damage every 4 seconds and in 9 seconds you've dealt 90 damage and generated 72 heat having fired 3 times (0, 4, 8 = shot 3 times).
You're dealing better damage in a single shot, but I'm doing far more damage over time, faster, and run cooler.

I take greater risk, but being able to fire faster, stay cooler, and deal damage scary-fast really pays off.

(For some reason wrote 3.40 * 8... but did the math for 3.40 * 6. lol. Fixed.)

I actually meant more on the lines of Theater mode à la Halo.

I'm not uberfanboyish about Halo, I like the series, but I saw it as CoD in the future, BUT I DIGRESS lol I'll give the franchise one thing for sure it has a fantastic Theater mode. Creating videos, clips, screenshots, and being able to save them on my computer from the cloud that they get uploaded too is awesome.

Imagine being able to browse through the 'MWO Cloud' and pick a match to put together some montages, clips, and screenshots from any angle you want, or any speed you want. Then download it and have fun with your editing software if you do that sorta thing.
