We would like to invite someone totally new to the Assimilated Initiative to be a Mech Corps leader and by default a guild leader. We are not looking for a full time gamer or someone to slave over leading the Mech Corps. We are seeking someone who can bring in new members, know who to trust and promote and to do the occasional admin task.


We value leaders who have knowledge over playtime. We don't demand people to play, but when leaders are on, they would provide a little help and send guild mails to keep people updated. Tips and advice on a monthly basis.

Overall a leader usually needs to spend 2 hours a week on admin and at least 5 hours arranging team play. This is considered moderate.

I would also like to add that I am a web developer, there are long term ambitions to grow Assimilated Initiative and plenty room for more in the family

Members can quickly be giving forum moderation permissions, FTP access to our website and their own email address.

Those who instantly give time to help get us running on MechWarrior Online will quickly be included in our sharing of resources, we sometimes even pay people with cash for doing things on our sites. If your keen on putting some time into helping build from scratch (that is who we want to find first before anyone else) then we want to hear from you on here.
