Alright everyone.

It's over. I've gone the way of the clanners. No, no, I haven't chosen a totem animal or decided to leave the forums only to have my heirs return again in glory a couple centuries later.

But I've decided to accept that St. Ives, scrappy as it may be, will not make it into the game. Not yet, anyway. This is life, and as much as it pains me to move on, I need to. I know right now, there are many Ice Hellion fans coming to a similar realization. Maybe you're saying "No! Hayden! You have to stick with it! St. Ives is gonna make it, just like the Ice Hellions!"

No, I'm sorry guys. We need to accept that the dev team needs a minimally viable product: the St. Ives Compact and Clan Ice Hellion don't give us that.

So, it is with a heavy heart that I say:

Farewell, sweet St. Ives. May we meet again in Mechwarrior Valhalla. And to the 3rd Amphigean Light Assault Group: lock and load. We have some dreams to crush.
