So I'm pretty new to MWO, just started playing earlier this week and Wednesday I purchased Sarah's Mech. Support cancer research and get a sweet Jenner mech? Win - WIn!
I read in the FAQ that it is delivered the next tuesday or friday afternoon. Just logged on and there is no sign of it.
So is it somewhere other than the Mech bay or have they just not gotten to it yet?

Maybe they forgot? Thee was no actual patch today, just a server blip for putting the sale online. Check again after Tuesday when there will be an actual patch.

You should get it on Tuesday.
Because of the transaction method it has to be patched to your account, instead of getting it as you would normally in game. That's my understanding of it anyway.

Rather than start another thread I'll just ask here.
It was my understanding that you can earn gxp with trial mechs, but to earn xp you need to buy a mech. I did that and have been using it but I earn no xp. Being new I certainly suck, but I do occasionally get a kill or kill assist and we win the match so.... Why?

Are you clicking on the exact variant that matches the trial mech you were using? not just clicking on 'Jenner' in the pilot lab but click again on the specific variant #

That did it. I was only clicking on the mech on the left side, and didn't know I had to select the specific variant. Thanks!
