For all I know, your system could be too mainstream... which they don't want to test that too often. Or just doesn't meet the minimum requirement, which isn't going to help them to beta test with.

As time passes and we start rolling more and more people into Closed Beta, people who are in queue will be selected to join. As long as your account says "Pending" you are in that queue. Just think of it as a lottery where we keep drawing numbers and your Pending status is your ticket.
