I waited a week. 7 days. PGI, PLEASE, fix what is broken! I went from 22fps consistently to 10-12fps. I updated drivers, rebooted everything, even re-installed the game. It seems to get worse. I was at 14fps at one point, now I'm down to 9.5. I really like the game. Read my other posts, I am not some ranting lunatic. I LOVE MWO and just want to play! This started at the April 2nd patch, same as so many complaints we've all seen. I just went to my clan and my lance, and informed them that I will not be playing until further notice. What a horribly sad day.

Mate what is your FPS in training grounds? It might have something to do with the netcode/client state rewind just hammering FPS on high latency connections. Where are you playing from and what is your avg ping.

Good point, there was a bug (not sure if it is still around or not) where your settings could reset without you doing anything to cause it to happen (have to check AA status here myself)
