I can't imagine how much money you guys must be losing simply because of Playspan's auto-reject 'feature'. You should really consider dropping them, or at least switching over to accepting credit card/PayPal payments directly. Maybe even switch over to Steam? Anything would be better, really.

Playspan uses many rules to minimize fraud, sometimes legit users may also get flagged. I work for them and If you contact the playspan customer support team they should be able to look at your order attempt and see what triggered the flag. Lol, playspan fearing for their customers, get bent. Steam is definitely the way to go.

Except for the part where Steam charges a hefty amount to PGI off of the back end of the sale.

Playspan doesn't charge? Also I wonder if people with Visa's are getting rejected as Visa owns playspan or just other credit cards. I smell conspiracy!!!!!
