Here is a picture of the models we used for the Tenth Deneb Light Cavalry, Charlie Company. I painted them for a Mechwarrior RPG game my good friend Mitch ran a few years ago. My other buddy James managed to preserve them for posterity and brought them to Gamex for a photo-op and some nostalgia. In the back there you can see my beloved Wolverine, Dulcinea.
This was some time ago and my painting skills have increased drastically from that time. I am thinking of picking up some of the new models and putting together a diorama of the group fighting against some Kurita Dragons, since we seemed to like to pick on them by taking out their AC ammo a lot. Pure luck, but consistent enough for it to be a total joke. I think I might wait it out since the rumor is that the Star League versions of the machines will be coming out for the miniatures line.
Command Lance -Shadow Hawk, Phoenix Hawk, Ostol, Assassin
Fire Lance - Wolverine, Griffin, Dervish, Dervish
Scout Lance - Valkyrie, Oscout, Javelin, Scorpion

Nice job. I never could get into paint schemes for entire units, but I do appreciate it when I seen it done well.

The nicer job I did was for the short lived Hells Horses game we played. Wish I had some of those models still. I think I have my Kodiak and Grizzly from our Ghost Bear game though. I have to dig them up.

That's one gorgeous Scorpion, you know that?
Damn fine work it is!
Same thing with the rest of the mechs, really well done!
