Ok so I get a error message when I try to contact support saying mail client is not properly installed whaterver that means. Im still trying to find out if they are going to give me all my paint jobs and camos that I spent money on back. Im not spending another penny on this game till they do cause I can no longer trust them to not take away what I payed for. If anyone can help me with who to send my complaint to thankyou.

"E-mail client not properly installed" is not MWO's fault.

You send the complaint to support at mwomercs dot com.
But your E-mail sending problem isn't PGI's fault -- whatever E-mail program you are trying to use isn't installed correctly on your computer. You can use web-based E-mail like Hotmail or Gmail by creating a free account.
And what do you mean, "give you all of the paint jobs and camos you spent money on back"? Things haven't been reset in a long time, so they should never have disappeared. I haven't heard of anyone having problems with this.

you have to cut and paste the adress into you email. unless you have outlook or the like.
the system eats things. I lost a mech last week end. (front end crash while tinkering with a new mech)
