I totally sympathize man, but the support button is probably the way to go, worked for me with similar issue. I'm not sure the forum moderators have the time to resubmit forum posts for support stuff, that would be above and beyond.

The website transaction history is not fast at updating. In fact I would call it broken. Have you logged out and logged back into the game or played a match since your purchase? I usually have to play a match or relog before it shows my purchases. It also doesn't show the 200 dollars I've spent over the last few months with the latest history entry in January, however I have been getting my MCs.
If doing this does not work and you do not see your MCs within 10 minutes, contact support.
The website's latest listed account activity for me.

Since then I've purchased a Heavy Metal, X-5, various paints, camos, a few statues, a couple of mechs I didn't feel like grinding for... So the website transaction history is broken at the moment. Try to relog and if the issue is fix, let us know.

Yup the fastest way to handle it is via an email to support.

So everyone keeps saying to contact support to fix this issue, thats crap... all they do is add you to a list, and it doesnt mean much at all. They need to get rid of the third party money handlers...
My money has been screwed with several times because of this game, and now I have to go to the bank and fix the issue I am having... what issue, you ask? ULTIMATEPAY DECIDED MY CARD WAS STOLEN AND REPORTED IT... are you guys done with developing the game, and dont need our money or have you decided that being ***** by ultimate pay is OK?
I have given several hundred dollars to this game and I have 2 complaints about it, the 3rd party money laundering sucks and needs to be gone, period, end of story... the other complaint I have is that for our money, we pay some guy to do coding to take more of our money, EVERY WEEKEND... how about recoding glitches and bugs as well as REPLACING THE SERVERS THAT ARENT CAPABLE OF HANDLING THE GAMES POPULATION!!!!
No, my money stays with me from now on, thanks for wasting not only my time but my money with MWO... no I am not quitting, but PGI will not see any more of my money until this game has its PROBLEMS fixed and they stop asking me to pay ppl to get me to spend more money...
Thanks for making a great game, now finish the damned thing for YOUR LOYAL FOUNDERS AND PAYING MEMBERS... stop catering to ppl who dont and may NEVER play this game, cater to those who are paying you, and playing the game now, we are already your customers.... for how long at this rate though?
Thanks,

personally never had an issue receiving mc. But that could just be because i'm cheap and only buy the 7$ and 15$ packs every 3-5 weeks.

Has this issue been resolved? Please check back so that others know whether or not PGI takes care of these problems. (Given the lack of rage post follow-ups, my assumption is that it has been dealt with positively.)
