Speaking to Matthew Craig last week I came up with the below to help us help them out.
The Process:
There are two things that are usually needed to help find issues with bugs. They are the Dxdiag information which is a snapshot of your system and the MechWarrior system logs generated by game itself. Below are instructions on how to gather that information so you can email it to PGI support@mwomercs.com or in the future upload it to the forum when posting a bug or issue you are having. Currently email is the only option. PGI... please enable us to upload system files in posts as it would organize bugs and keep these files in one place.

DXDIAG Information:
1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard.
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type dxdiag in the text field
4. Click OK
5. Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
6. Save this text file to your Desktop if possible

or google search how to gather Dxdiag info.
System Logs:
This refers to your Omicron.log and OmicronOnline.log files located in C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online
Email the above to support@mwomercs.com with a description clearly identifying what your problem is and what was going on before the crash. If it’s hardware related list what is happening with as much detail as you can. Remember to be informative as this helps PGI solve issues quickly.
I hope in the future PGI will enable certain file uploads to the forum as this will make it easier for us and for them to organize bug reports.
