Another example of why you should join the Aces:
After a promotion to Captain, I was transferred to Fox Company to help start it up. Within the company, I ran the first drop night and brought in new members who will contribute to Fox's future. However, life got in the way, and my schedule changed. The Aces were flexible enough to move me to Charlie Company (who needed an XO), who's schedule fit mine better. I am now an officer in the company I started with, and my time in Fox was a definite positive learning experience.
That flexibility though, is another reason why you should join. They are willing to work with the members to provide the best fit, even if when that fit changes.
