I really want to know why everyone says you need to be whitelisted, I have not done that because I dont have the information to send to support....
I have bought MC several times now, and get welcomed back by ultimate pay by name, they refuse the card, I use other card, both used previously and successfully, but now its a no-go...
Even after attempting to get myself whitlisted and failing because I don't have the info, I HAVE been able to buy MC, wtf? Why are you using a 3rd party to take your money? Are you paying them for a service they refuse to allow users to use? Are you aware that they are costing you money because their fraud department is garbage?
I really would like to spend my money on MWO, I know its in beta and has issues, but its fun and getting better all the time, now if we could just get them to consistently and accurately take our money, it would be all good...
We are supposed to report issues and bugs during beta testing, what better report could I make than, "LET ME GIVE YOU MY MONEY"
I have yet to get a decent response to why I am recognized by their system and still am not allowed to purchase MC, and don't give me that, "You need to be whitelisted" BS...
But then I have yet to recieve any real responses to any of my queries concerning this....
Ya know, while I'm at it, when you finally DO take my money, please put it in savings, then, when you have enough saved, BUY SOME%$^*&$#$^%#$$*&%^$ DECENT SERVERS

PGI doesn't handle the actual Financial transactions, it has nothing to do with PGI's servers, software, or anything else.
The payment processing company that PGI uses handles everything.
Are you using a Credit Card that is backed by one of the Big 4? (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx)
