I don`t know about you, but those buildings are pretty menacing. I mean I have lost count how many time one has just suddenly eaten my legs, hell my whole damned mech! Just you wait until a rogue building eats your legs out from under you!

If they hit you, how do you know they are not a spy? Or a clan member in disguise?

As soon as it hits you it becomes a battle to the death. Buildings receive no special treatment!

DON'T SHOOT THE BLUE ****

There. Simple instructions.

Actually, most TKers are ComStar ROM agents tasked to eliminate all the best players. Everyone knows that...

While I see the OP's point and I do agree, I would also like to add something.

Those mechs in front should be careful not to wander into a teammate's firing lane. So if you're getting shot in the back, it might actually be your fault. I see this "target fixation" behavior all the time.

You know, yesterday there was this match in Aplines where my team went to the enemy base along the C line, Damn mountain literally ate half my team and one of the enemy.....like with a fork.

(Not joking, cept the fork. But with so many legs sticking out it did look like it had one)

Twice in the six months I've been playing MWO.... I've "friendly-fired" a teammate before a match started. I'm honest enough to admit it.

Both times I had played many matches in a row and my hands were tired (I'm in my mid 40s and have mild arthritis). The mech powered up and my hand was on the mouse. Bam! I "friendly-fired" a teammate who was directly in front of me. ;-( So now I try to leave my hand completely off the mouse until everyone gets going and spreads out a little. Hasn't happened again.

I've been "friendly-fired" before a match at least a dozen times or more, and once I was one shot from being cored from behind by a teamate who shot me not one but twice. I don't know if it was an accident or griefing, but I didn't last long in that match.

Now as to the dumb*sses who go shooting their weapons off at the sky ground etc... wasting ammo on some weapons as well. I have no answers for that... it just doesn't make a lick of sense.

I wholeheartedly agree with original poster.

If you absolutely need to shoot right at start or feel the need to fire at any and all terrainfeatures please do it in testinggrounds instead.
