just no ... LL only do dmg out to 900m MAX. the dmg only goes out to 2x the range given. any hits damage above 450m with a LL is reduced to a direct proportion to the extra range up to 900m. So if you are hitting someone at 675m with a LL you will do 4.5dmg (assuming you hit them for the full duration of the laser).
