Is it just me or is every "sale" offered only for the crappiest/most expensive mechs? The Atlas and Stalker are the worst models, you hardly see anyone driving them. And the Atlas and Awesome are the most expensive. Maybe if they had a sale that wasn't absolute crap I might go for it.

I'm with you on the lackluster sale, but what game are you playing where the Atlas and Stalker are hardly used? They're two of the most effective mechs and are used all the time... Or do you just mean the variants that are on sale?

They can't cater to everyone all the time, Runs. Complaining about a crappy sale isn't going to get you anywhere at all.

Besides, they probably use info they have to use sales to encourage people to try different variants and builds.

Do you complain to a store if they don't have the stuff you like on sale? No? Well, follow that example here too.

The awesome 9m is a good mech. With a xl 380 engine it cruises around the battlefield at the same speed as a medium, the firepower of a heavy and the armor of an assualt. As for the Atlas-k, yeah it sucks, but they previously have had the other 2 variants on sale.

Cyan paints might be nice fore some who still need to buy house colors.

As long as I buy anything, I'm fine with it. I'm gonna buy a color this time so its ok with me.

I don't think any of that is a suggestion.

Having sales on expensive things makes them not as expensive. Pretty sure there's a School House Rock to teach that.

This one will have to do

I might pick up some Cyans, maybe Prussian. So yeah, not a complete wash.

Most 'mechs only suck when you don't know how to use them. I used to hate using assaults with a passion until I swapped wepons i knew how to use onto them. It's all in the play-style. Some of us like using Spiders to blast holes into Assults backs where some like to be in the Assults blasting everything to shreds with their ungodly firepower potential.

Sales increase the purchases of 'mechs some people would have never thought of trying. (I honestly thought i'd hate using an Awesome, but now I can't stop piloting it.) It's all about expanding your trials to become a more well-rounded pilot.

Well considering that AMS is worthless right now since LRMS are water cannons the atlas K is a pretty poor choice at this time.

the only reason the K "sucks" is because al you see is the lack of boatability. as the center point of a heavy team it would be very nice...the extra AMS and anthe long range are nice.

There might be a suggestion hidden in the OP, but I can't find it.

No the K sucks because the D has the same hardpoints + more and the RS has the same hardpoints with more flexibility in the energy and an extra missile hardpoint. It has less overall flexibility than any other Atlas variant. Anything the K can do, the D and the RS can do better. Maybe if AMS ever becomes reliant again possibly maybe but I doubt it.

So the sales are only for paying players, which is nice, but they really should try to throw a bone the F2P players.

Yes, the mechs they put on sale are generally ones that few people own, which is why they are putting them on sale. It's definitely not the worst sale thus far. I think there was one weekend they didn't have a sale, and another where it was just a sale on the four trial mechs.

This time they also put on sale colors and a camo pattern. As soon as i log in tonight, I'll be draining MC and playing around with painting mechs. :)

they can put on sale whatever they want. I guess its to raise money to fix the problems, right?
cause the sale applies to real green backs, not ingame credits, right?
So I fully support pay for mechs, mechs on sale, sell it all, and then we can have a fixed game, right?
