I love naming the mechs.

Im gonna take a field day naming all of my mechs later. But I do name some of them after Norse gods and godsesses, and some with names that violently describe them.

BTW. Wouldnt it be neat to have your mechs nicknames come up in the matches? Like with what we alredy have alongside the chassis name and player name? Could be an option to toggel on or off in the options menu under video/ gameplay or something.

Most of my mechs names are just small notes to myself over weapons. Even the ones with names are generally not creative, in part because I rarely think of something cool, and when I think of one I like the character limit gets me.

The only good ones I can think of

ENF-5P "2X or Nuttin" (should be double or nothing but too many characters, named so because this mech lives or dies by random acts of jamming it seems))

SHD-2D "Jason" (So named because the first time out with a real build it ripped through mechs like nothing)

JM6-DD "Can Opener" (Had various builds on this with 2 autocannons, 2 lasers and 4 machine guns, felt like ripping something open and scooping out the lovely innards everytime)

TDR-5S "Jack of All" (Not far from stock build with some needed improvements though, doesn't excel anywhere but I felt suprizingly useful in it anyway so it got a special name)

[RotS Targe]

A couple new-ish ones.
BLR: Battlmistrss, referencing the non-combat tips thread.
TDR-9SE: Jumpywubthud (jumpjets, pulses, and it's a Thud (lore nickmame for the Thunderbolt))
