Hard to say. I've been counting pixels looking for inconsistencies. If you look at all the "1"s there is actually a little pixel wrap, in that there is a lack of blackish pixels to the bottom left of every individual 1 except for the 1 indicating his kill. An inconsistency like that would normally suggest tampering. However, aside from that I can't really find anything wrong. I've been straining my eyes looking for a copied 0 but I don't see any. Additionally, the line with his kill has some extra colours to it which would make it tricky to copy and paste in/out. Not seeing anything terribly inconsistent with scoring either; so all in all, I'd say it's a fair kill. Not the first time I've seen it either; but then I've played a stupidly large number of games.

This is the Snipers dream, and it would be possible if the gauss Rifle had the power and range that it should have. I have heard the argument about balance, but in my opinion it is wrong; the Gauss should have an effective range of 1.5 km at least and hit with the equivalent of an AC40 (if it existed). In short the Gauss should be devastating.
