The wierdest part is that these are problems that should have never existed with even the slightest bit of preplanning and foresight.
Currently matchmaker just seems to grab players throw them on a team and go.
Why doesnt it find the players and at MINIMUM not assign anyone to a team until it stops filling up the match.
right now the game will start a match with 6 players on one team and 8 on another, when it could have just made it 7v7. is that situation going to be fixed as well?
but as to the title says so dang frustrating dropping on a map especially a large conquest map when all you have are heavies/assaults and other team drops with 4 or so lights... had games where im tempted to say hey we will trade you an Atlas for that jenner....

That's what it does already... The reason you get imbalanced numbers is because of client sides issues; disconnects, crashes, alt-f4ing etc.
Weight imbalance is getting fixed next week.

but im not talking disconnects, im talking they just never even get into the match at all.
or is there a point where people can crash/disc and we just never even see that they were even attached to the game?

Alternate jokes included saying that Warhammer is a ripoff of World of Warcraft, or that Aliens is a ripoff of Starcraft.

Some people ALT + F4 when they see a map loading that they don't like, they don't register in game and can start a new match immediately without having their mech locked down.

Yep, you can DC before getting registered on the score screen. This will also be the result if someone uses the map avoidance exploit.

...And if playing the whole match as Ghandi wouldn't cause your team to be gimped in effectiveness.

4v2, and one of the two disconnected.
We 1V1'd him arena style on the big, flat open area south of Epsilon, it was actually a great match and he acquitted himself very well.

It certainly is rare for me. I can't remember the last 8-0 win I saw. 8-2 is reasonably common, though, but that's to be expected and can often be the result of a very close battle (depends on the condition of the surviving 6).
