crowkiller, better remove the offender's name from your post or a mod will do it for you (and possibly take action against you as well), naming and shaming is against the Terms of Service here.

As the others already pointed out, please write a report to support@mwomercs.com.
Inlude as many details as you can to the report, such as, but not limited to...
- Date / Time / Timezone
- Map played
- other players involved
- screenshots
- links to video or other media files
