Hey everyone

I just learned that updating drivers from "graphics panel" will not update them

It will say "drivers up to date" but its not true!

UPDATE ONLY FROM NVIDIA WEBSITE

Update: i just disabled anti-virus and gameplay also improved . Something to keep in mind is that antivirus software can be blocking traffic

This is true. I had a similar problem using steam to update my graphics on the AMD Radeon cards. The website has newer drivers for them as well.

Also, a tip on Nvidia, try not to use beta drivers, just those officially released.

Also, be sure to run the game in Admin Mode.
