Okay, I found a link to the Official Feedback Thread regarding the new Highlanders.

If anyone would like to give the Devs an earful about their hardpoint layouts or anything like that, then the Official Thread is the best place to do it. Dev Staff who are on-the-clock read the feedback thread as more-so than the Discussion threads for the sake of productivity and time... thanks for understanding.
