Seriously now? Is it that they're trying to tell people to not bother playing?

No minimap bug.
No HUD bug.
'wwwwww' on weapons and display bug.
Textures flicker on and off surfaces bug.

All at once the moment I log in after patching.

Just... fail.

The major crash bug I found a couple days ago is still around, I was hoping they had already found it before I told them about it.

Did you immediately exclaim in a deep voice, "Will wonders never cease?!". That's how I pictured it.

Ah well did you think they were going to fix this over pushing their new stuff live? Funny people.

Sometimes a patch can corrupt files and cause all sorts of issues. If it happens every game try doing a clean install of MWO.

Was just going to suggest this. Delete the game files and reinstall. I haven't had a bug yet (but I never had many of them anyway).

Uninstall.. Reinstall if you have a bug left over from the previous patch.

Not all of us can do a download of a 2+gig file every time a bug glitches the F* out of the game.

lol @ people telling somebody to stop playing the game because they have the audacity to complain about bugs.

I'm surprised we haven't killed this game yet.

I play in spite of the bugs. I dont play allot but I do play when I can. Bugs are inevitable, repeat bugs over consecutive patches are annoying. I will try the re-install thing tonight to see if it helps after work.

What is stopping you? It takes 20 minutes if that.

to be fair some places namely a few countries are limited on your bandwidth you can download in a period of time and are either throttled back, cut off or have to pay. So yeah not everyone can download 2+gig every patch.

I reckon it's his connection speed. Not everyone lives in a civilized part of a civilized country. Large parts of the U.S. still has 3rd-world connectivity.

Some bugs cannot be fixed in two weeks. Stop deluding yourself. If you cannot play with bugs, and are not willing to report it with your system specs to the support team so that maybe the bugs can be found and fixed faster, then maybe PGI *IS* telling you indirectly to stop playing a product that is still in development.

/facepalm. These bugs are *NOT* two weeks old. Have you ever visited the forums?

Why not?

Reality is, if your concerned about download limits, you probably have other issues as well ... such as some really cheap computer that was designed to run Win95 ... and *that* might be the root of your problems.

Just Saying ...

Barbarians!

Just kidding.

If I had Bandwidth limits I probably wouldn't be spending it on playing a game in the first place since that eats up bandwidth. I would save it for the more important things on the internet. Heck, my PHONE has unlimited data usage and I go through about 5 gigs a month.
