no its got a 10% xp bonus
was supposed to be PGI's solution to people buying mechs with cbills instead of MC. was supposed to be cheaper than the stock variant. but that would never have worked, and it wont work now.
they might as well give it the cbill bonus. even 10-20% would boost sales.
people have always wanted cbill standard variants.

5% xp boost only not sure if that means GXP also tho
but with out a nice camo paint job, i don't see the point in it myself.

Still pointless.

I don't see why people are making such a big deal about this. Its just a slightly more accessible (to newbs) Dragon variant that is better than the stock variant.

It's actually good for beginners though. It's not for veterans. It's a fully working mech that needs no upgrades to function well so someone who is new can purchase it and not worry that it has no DHS or that the weapons loadout is not ideal or that the engine sucks.
What I would have liked is that it would give 30% more EXP until all Basic Efficiencies are filled out and then the bonus is reduced to 10% EXP. Perhaps adding 10% C-bills would be nice too.
I'm not done patching yet. How much is it?

DHS and the 300XL, that's just about as far as this mech goes when it comes to being good... if this was a DRG-1C, i might be able to deal with it, but the build is horrible for a 1C.
and the words Dragon and Sniper don't belong together.
