As follows, cannot patch, and this error pops up..

To run this application, you first must install one of the following versions of .NET Framework:
v4.0.30319
Contact your application publisher for instructions about obtaining the appropriate version of the .NET Framework.


I thought I would post this as a heads up for anyone else with issues..

Go there. Download the appropriate version of .NET 4 for the desktop.

x86 for 32 bit, x86-64 for 64 bit.

Or download .NET 4.5

Thanks! Be sure to select multi-language pack (but with english language selected).
