yes. you need to take a fraction of a point more damage to the torso to actually blow off the arm
though looking at your ct, that bit of damage probably killed you

It has always been this way. As was said above, any more damage at all to your dead torso section will cause the arm to fall off.

I had the same thing happen yesterday, except I was in a stalker. Coincidentally, I had two LL in the arm as well.

That's funny because since the patch if I lose my right torso I lose the weapons in my left
