The bug is that the JM6-A is counting as 6 instead of 1 Elite Variants for some reason.

When I maxed elite on the JM6-A, it gave me 6/3 Elite Variants unlocked and allowed me to Master it without unlocking all Elites on my other variants. I have unlocked Elite on the JM6-A, JM6-S and it shows 7/6 Elite variants unlocked (instead of 2). I can unlock Master on both of those and have on the A.

Uhm. You do know that elite is based off number of mechs completed in the WEIGHT CLASS not CHASSIS right? I bet you have at least 2 other heavy mech chassis mastered.
