It's better than the Spider on my team last night. He had 4x machine guns + TAG, lol

Pffft... I had one that didn't even have TAG. At least with TAG he could have lit up some of the ECM mechs and scouted better.

Short answer: Tactically Legitimate Trolling.
Basically, I thought that, while having ECM on a scout mech is always handy and good, being seen isn't always a bad thing. If you are quick enough to dodge, then baiting enemies can be an immense tactical advantage for the rest of your team. TAG and NARC are great on their own, but placed on a mech that can actually be relatively easily seen adds another layer. While the mech does no damage by itself, it cannot be ignored as long as a team mate has missiles. Also, it's a module cart, which allows increased capture speeds, quicker target data, 360 retention, etc, etc.
So, yes, I wish to achieve Tactical Annoyance.

I'm considering that, but leaning more to dual TAGs. I want to have one even if I lose an arm, and I want to force myself to not go for damage. However, if it starts proving less effective than I like, I'll swap in an ML.

Will be hard to master,
with the small amount
of XP this mech
will generate per match...

LRMs just aren't good enough to warrant taking a targeting-only build like this, unless you're on a premade with a bunch of dedicated LRM boats... I would at least take off one of the tags and one of the jjs and pop on 3 small lasers or something.
If you're looking for a decent Jenner-K build that isn't ridiculous, try 4 MLs and 1 Artemis SRM 4 w/ 1 ton of ammo. Good heat, and pretty good firepower.

You have a point there. I was hoping for a decent amount of assist XP. If the numbers are too low, will swap in a ML or two SL.
Thanks for the insight.

actually, this build of yours reminds me of the Ostscout OTT-7K. IF LRMS would be actually viable and/or Arrow Missiles would be implemented, this mech would be pretty huge i think.

And if NARC actually worked like it does in MW:LL and MW3, it would be a very amazing support tool for SRMs and LRMs. The Jenner "Grace" from Canon used 2 ML's and 1 NARC with 3 tons of pods.

It's not a bad build, but I'm really wanting the NARC as well. Being able to lock a pod and run away is handy.
