Nope, told twice already it was coming, once in march, then pushed back til now....now, not even a response. I have watched this game slowly get worse and worse as time has gone on, from crappier and crappier patches to the great ECM fiasco (four months to take feedback, asking for MORE feedback when they finally acknowledge it, then waiting two weeks and telling us it's all just k) and I'm amazed at the fact that they've gone from being so transparent to pushing things like this off without a single word.

But what do you expect? Bad company now :I

"You act so entitled!"
It's a $35 mech. Think about it.

do you really want to read a post saying.... Hero colors, delayed until May.

Then in May read CW delayed, but here are your Hero colors.

Yes I would.
But give me a realistic date and then keep to it. If its going to be 3 months, say 3, not 1. If they don't know, say you don't know.
They did not have to say they were going to put them in. If it didn't look ready, or they had to divert priorities to bugs and such, that's great, but don't say it's coming, twice, then leave us hanging.
We're the fans, we're the beta testers, we are the community. Were not here because they have a great game, we are here because we believe in what the game can be. To that end we give them feedback, suggestions, numbers to crunch to make the game work.
All I ask, all I think any of us asks, is to be allowed to feel like we are a part of this game. Just shoot us straight, tell us where we stand. Obviously they cant make everyone happy with every thing they do, but just tell us were we stand.
Hero color change is a big deal to me. I want to make my mechs my own. If I cant and you said I could, just take 10 and jot down why. That will keep me happy. But now twice a month I run down stairs to look under the patchmas tree to see what santa brought me, only to find I have no red rider BB gun.

I agree with you but that was painful to read.

"We're" has an apostrophe in it that changes the meaning entirely from "were." Paragraphs are used to separate ideas and have the added bonus of increasing readability. Please take ten seconds to make your post less of a trainwreck out of common courtesy please.

Lol. I know, I know. I start rolling and then proper spelling and punctuation goes out the window. I was just trying to get it all out. I appreciate your red pen and will make an effort to turn in better work in the future sir.

I know people really want their Hero Mech colors changeable but I always saw this as a lower priority so am not surprised they push it back. Which would you want if you had to choose?
- Ability to change colors.
- Have your teammates stop experiencing things like teleporting, hud missing and other bugs so he can play better.

The 2 teams responsible for both of these would be independent... afterall the 2 systems are independent of each other that you would most likely have a side coder team investigating the bugs and hud issues whilst they continue to press out content. So it's no unreasonable to assume they have the 1 or 2 people necessary to overlook their hero colouring system, since the majority of it was done... but an unnecessary bug or something meant it was pulled last minute. Personally giving dates and concepts to us then reversing the decisions at the last minute before a wall of silence around their failure to deliver is really getting old fast.

Let me be clear, it's not about what anyone wants first content wise. Its about having the professionalism to evaluate how reasonable the time table is that you are announcing to us. I said above, they have an idea of the time and recourse's needed to add content to the game. They told us the date to expect. They felt that they could deliver us something and keep the game functional.
It's 2, about respecting us as their customer and fan base enough to tell us when they won't meet a deadline they set for content. And the professional thing to do is announce you wont meet deadline BEFORE everyone sees the date has come and says "hey, you didn't deliver"
Just say, " hey guys, we had to shift focus to xxx." Or, "we ran into a snag." Then give us a reasonable date to expect, or, say you really have no idea because it got overshadowed.
When you say, "hey, 3 months out" and the content comes 3 months out, that's good. when you say, next month. Next month. Next month. You loose face and look unprofessional. When you miss the deadline and say nothing, you look unprofessional and like you don't give a damn about the fans and customers.
