So let me see if I read that correctly. It takes up 7 slots, weights 3 tons, only works for 60 seconds before it starts failing and if it takes a hit while operating, internal explosion.

All that for halfing PPC damage for the short time it manages to remain operating.

Yeah, I think I know why I've never heard of it before.
