Quick question, I noticed the HGN-733C has no lower arm actuator in the right arm, but has one in the left arm.
Can it move it's arms sideways or not? Or does one of the arms move and not the other (3 reticules?)

It has a sideways arm twist of 10 degrees, which is half that of the other Highlanders. I would not count on this existing for very long, however. It only has two reticles.
