This is the first time I have had this particular bug.

When I started up I was spectating myself. Often for long stretches, I would have no HUD, but it would always come back up with the spectating window. I could move, shoot, and do everything as normal, provided everything didn't auto-hide itself after a few seconds. I eventually found that I could hit the tab button and bring back up the spectator HUD so I could get the targeting crosshairs again.
